Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchisor and leading provider of hotel management services with nearly 9,000 hotels and 20 powerhouse brands, has signed its first hotel to fly the renowned Ramada Worldwide by Wyndham brand flag in Ho Tram – one of Vietnam’s most exciting up-and-coming destinations.
Owned and developed by Ho Tram Project Company Limited, Ramada by Wyndham Ho Tram Strip will be an exceptional upper-midscale seafront hotel located within the Ho Tram Strip – Vietnam’s first integrated beach resort destination which covers 164 hectares and a 2.2 km beachfront site.
The hotel, which is currently under construction and expected to open in late 2019, is located less than two hours from the nation’s largest metropolis, Ho Chi Minh City, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport. It will also be just 60 km from the planned Long Thanh International Airport, set to become a major air gateway for Vietnam and the entire ASEAN region.

Vietnam is a key focus market for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The company, which currently operates the Wyndham Legend Halong Bay, plans to open six new hotels and resorts under its Wyndham Grand, Wyndham, and Wyndham Garden brands over the next three years.
Nestled on 5.3 hectares of beachfront land, Ramada by Wyndham Ho Tram Strip will be 12 storeys high, ensuring spectacular sea views from many parts of the property. The 198-key hotel will include seven two-bedroom penthouses and 36 three-bedroom villas, making the hotel ideal for families.
Water elements will be integrated into the hotel design, providing a relaxing backdrop to every stay, with two tropical outdoor pools, reflective ponds, and a water-lined walkway to the beach. Other hotel facilities will include a spa, a gym, two restaurants, a pool bar and meeting rooms. Guests will also be able to access the facilities and attractions of the surrounding Ho Tram Strip, including a convention centre, a casino, a shopping precinct, multiple restaurants and bars and The Bluffs, an 18-hole links-style championship golf course designed by Greg Norman which is rated among the top 100 golf courses in the world. A brand new water park is also under construction as well as an amphitheatre seating up to 2,000 people.
