The hotel owner, Shoal River Hotel, LP has engaged Southern Ventures affiliate, Venture Management, to direct the project’s development and Mobile, Alabama-based Harvill Construction as the general contractor.
Based on Fairfield’s new Gen 4 design, the four-story hotel features superior concrete construction, two meeting rooms, fitness area, and swimming pool. The hotel’s 90 guest rooms feature the brand’s newest Modern Calm¨ interiors and include King Rooms, King Suites, and Double Bedrooms. Accessible units are available for each room type.
The hotel is expected to open in the Spring of 2018 and will be managed by Myrtle Beach-based Strand Hospitality Services.
