Oram Hotels, the San Diego hospitality group behind two of the city’s most historic properties—Granger Hotel and The Guild—has appointed Jennifer Findley as its first Director of Arts & Culture.

An internationally recognized art advisor and founder of La Jolla-based JFiN Collective, Findley will collaborate closely with Oram Hotels co-founder Kevin Mansour to shape a cross-border arts initiative that bridges hospitality and culture. Together, they aim to spotlight regional and international talent through artist residencies, community programs, and partnerships that connect San Diego’s creative community with visitors from around the world.

Under Findley’s leadership, Granger Hotel and The Guild will evolve into cultural anchors in downtown San Diego, reframing how art is experienced in hospitality. The two properties will host artist residencies and institutional collaborations—including a new partnership with UC San Diego’s Stuart Collection, beginning in November with Los Angeles-based sculptor Max Hooper Schneider.
