Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino proudly welcomes Miroushka Statia-Diaz as the new Complex Director of Finance. Her appointment highlights the resort’s dedication to exceptional leadership, forward-thinking strategies, and supporting local professionals.
Having joined on October 6, 2025, Miroushka Statia-Diaz took on the role of Complex Director of Finance. With over 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning the hospitality, industrial, and entertainment sectors, she brings a strong strategic focus and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
Statia-Diaz began her hospitality career in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance at the Aruba Complex. She has since progressed through a series of senior finance roles at various hotel properties, including Director of Finance at the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casinoand most recently served in executive financial leadership positions across various industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Aruba. Fluent in several languages, Statia-Diaz is a passionate advocate for community involvement and continues to make meaningful contributions to the island’s development.
