Lisa Sterns appointed DOS for The Hermosa Inn

Lisa Sterns has been named Director of Sales for The Hermosa Inn, announced Noel Fulton, Managing Director of The Hermosa Inn, a AAA Four Diamond boutique hideaway in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

“Lisa brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry to this role, with a proven record of more than 25 years in the luxury market,” said Fulton. “Her dynamic and ambitious approach, coupled with her passion for crafting extraordinary group experiences, makes her an exceptional addition to The Hermosa Inn leadership.”

Most recently, Sterns was an Event Manager with WINDO (Wholesale Independent National Distributors Organization) where she helped orchestrate high-profile events. Prior to that, Sterns spent 15 years as National Sales Manager at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa, earning recognition as the top producer. Her career also includes nine years as a National Sales Manager at Destination Hotels and Resorts, where she ranked among the top 10% of sales executives for exceptional revenue generation and managed more than 100 high-profile accounts. She handled numerous territories throughout her successful career.

Sterns is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management. Throughout her career, Sterns has cultivated a strong leadership style and diversified her talents by attending numerous Tony Robbins Leadership Trainings and earning a Business/Life Coaching Certification at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA)
