Penta Hotels has announced the appointment of Markus Lück as the new Managing Director, effective April 1, 2025. Lück succeeds Andrew Munt, who has been instrumental in the development and positioning of the Penta brand over the past 15 years.

Munt, having significantly contributed to the brand’s growth, will be leaving at the end of April to return to the United Kingdom.

Under Andrew Munt’s leadership, Penta Hotels evolved into a well-recognized lifestyle hotel brand in Europe, known for its distinctive style, personality, and commitment to genuine hospitality. Markus Lück, with over 25 years of experience in the premium lifestyle and hospitality industry, takes on the role of Managing Director with the goal of continuing this momentum.

Marcus Lück brings a wealth of expertise, having worked with hospitality companies such as 12.18. Hospitality Management GmbH and 7Pines Hotels & Resorts. His passion for people, design, and delivering guest experiences aligns with Penta’s core values and vision for the future.
