Stonebridge Companies, LLC (“Stonebridge”), a Denver-based innovative, privately-owned hotel management company boasting a diverse range of luxury, resort, full-service, and premium select-service properties, announced today the appointment of Lee Palaschak as Executive Vice President of Operations.
In his new role, Palaschak will oversee all aspects of Stonebridge’s operations and work closely with senior leadership to continue driving operational excellence. He will report directly to Rob Smith, CEO and President of Stonebridge Companies. As part of his responsibilities, Palaschak will also open a new Stonebridge Companies office in Dallas, Texas, positioning the company for growth and further expanding its operational footprint.

Palaschak brings 35 years of operational expertise to Stonebridge with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving growth across multiple hospitality portfolios. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Palaschak served as Senior Vice President at Remington Hospitality, where he was responsible for managing the operations of a diverse portfolio, including full-service and select-service brands and luxury and lifestyle properties. He also held senior-level positions at multiple hospitality organizations, including Aimbridge Hospitality, Winegardner & Hammons, and Commonwealth Hotels.

In addition to his operational expertise, Palaschak has been an active contributor to the hospitality industry, serving on advisory boards for major hotel brands and local Convention & Visitor Bureaus. His commitment to community service is reflected in his involvement in charitable efforts, including annual events with the Salvation Army, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and S.M. Wright in the Dallas area. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Michigan State University.
