Oliver brings to Aruba a distinguished career journey with Marriott International, where he has held leadership roles at iconic properties around the world. Most recently, he served as Resort Manager at JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, where he earned admiration for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading highly engaged teams that has been proven with remarkable associate engagement scores, increased revenue, and profitability. His career has taken him from his home in Austria, driven by a passion for Culinary Arts, to key roles in the U.S. and China.

In his role, Oliver will be responsible for all aspects of daily operation of the resort. With his passion for excellence, strategic vision, and exceptional understanding of the luxury market, he will ensure that The St. Regis Aruba Resort becomes the premier destination in the Caribbean, offering guests an exquisite experience while embracing the finest aspects of Aruba’s culture and sophistication.
