In addition to the blissful spa menu at Back on Track Spa, the resort has an extensive Recreation Programme which Andy has extended to offer additional lakeside yoga classes, as well as adding bodyweight training sessions, a morning bike tour on Wednesdays, an Ayuverdic Head Massage Class on Sundays and guided meditations sessions on Friday and Saturdays.

Other activities include Alms offerings, a resort tour, botanical garden tour, back and shoulder massage class, DIY coffee scrub workshop, an Art tour, a Mixology Class, Nutrition Class and Starry Cinema on Sundays. Andy has created a new health-conscious afternoon tea menu for the charming tea carriage which is housed in an upcycled train carriage which overlooks Swan Lake (complete with swans). This includes delicacies such as cucumber and crab sandwich, smoked wild salmon sandwich, fig and brie tartine, rich chocolate cakes, almons apple whole meal tart, a fresh fruit tart, Mango sticky rice (a Thai classic) and low-calorie carrot cake.
