Cance has celebrated success in every property he has managed, whether achieving five diamonds and five stars for his hotels or leading a $125 million renovation and rebirth of The Ritz-Carlton in Palm Beach.
His balanced approach to ensuring his employees, guests, and owners are fully engaged is the secret to his success.

In addition to delivering unparalleled service for eleven years with the Ritz-Carlton family, Cance served as General Manager at the prestigious Bethesda Country Club and National Sales Director for Avendra Clubs. His luxury service experience also includes positions with the Four Seasons in Seattle, Vancouver, Chicago, and The Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach. Cance has recently been named as a Board Member for Visit Santa Barbara, an organization dedicated to promoting the region as a premier destination for leisure and business travel, ultimately enriching the community and quality of life.
