Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company founded on the promise to change the way owners think of their management company, announced today that Noall T. Silvester, MMH, CHA, has joined the leadership team as Regional Vice President of Operations, bolstering the corporate leadership team as the Resolute Road portfolio continues to grow.
Silvester will be responsible for overseeing hotels in Utah, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada within Resolute Road’s portfolio. His primary focus will be supporting on-property teams as they implement strategies to drive GOP, strengthen owner service, maintain a high-level of guest satisfaction, and optimize operational leadership. Silvester will collaborate closely with recently appointed Senior Vice President of Operations Tony Cruz as they collectively work towards improving processes and implementing new strategies for success.
In his most recent position as Regional Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, he demonstrated his leadership skills by driving the performance of a diverse portfolio comprising 20 major-brand hotels. He was responsible for over 1,650 guest rooms and excelled in coordinating regional operational efforts, revenue management, market share, profit, guest services, and brand/owner/management company relations.
