Mandarin Oriental, Singapore Welcomes Jill Goh as General Manager

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is delighted to announce the appointment of Jill Goh, the property’s first female General Manager.

A veteran hotelier with over three decades of experience in the global luxury hospitality industry, Jill brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in hotel operations and management to her new role as she takes reins at the newly transformed Mandarin Oriental property in the iconic Marina Bay precinct in Singapore.

Jill is no stranger to Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, having served as Resident Manager before moving on to Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London in the same capacity. After a short corporate stint as Corporate Operations Manager for the Asia region, Jill transferred to Mandarin Oriental, Macau as the property’s General Manager before her most recent appointment as General Manager of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. During her tenure, she was recognised as Hong Kong’s Best General Manager at the Travel+Leisure Luxury Awards for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, a testament to her leadership and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.

Hailing from Malaysia, Jill holds an Executive MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia, and a diploma in Hotel Management from HotelConsult in Switzerland. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese. A travel enthusiast and an avid fan of yoga and fashion, Jill is thrilled to return to where she first started her career with the Group in 1993.
