Fairmont Riyadh has appointed Maya Hoteit as director of sales and marketing.
With a rich history in the hospitality sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the property thanks to more than 18 years of experience.
In her new role, Hoteit will be tasked with cultivating and fortifying relationships to drive revenue, achieve property-wide objectives, and implement strategies for developing campaigns and promotions across Riyadh.
She has played a role in the success of various establishments in the Middle East during her career and has held director of sales positions at hotels such as Shangri-La Qaryat Al Bari in Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and Alila Hinu Bay in Oman.
Throughout her career, her responsibilities have encompassed the development of hotel business plans and strategies, the management of strategic account plans, and the provision of valuable customer insights to navigate dynamic markets. She has demonstrated the ability to cultivate community and public relations, execute exceptional customer service, and establish fundamental practices for Sales and Marketing.
She has also played a successful role in the pre-opening of four hotels and takes pride in completing marathons.
