Accor’s Kay Goodman recognised among top leaders in 2023 HR Global 100 report

Accor proudly announces that Kay Goodman, Vice President of Accor Academy & Talent Development for Accor’s MiddleKay Goodman East, Africa and Asia Pacific region, has been named among the distinguished professionals in Human Resources Director’s (HRD) coveted 2023 HR Global 100 list.

Kay oversees the Accor Academy within the Accor network, covering the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific region. This role involves uniting 40 countries, managing over 120,000 team members, 1,000+ hotels, and an expanding portfolio of adjacent businesses. Kay is also a member of Accor’s Talent & Culture executive team.
