President of Hospitality Operations!
Having an innate understanding of luxury hospitality, Pete steps into a new role to lead the company’s hotel management and operations division, overseeing the corporate commercial, marketing, human capital, and information technology functions.
With over two decades of proven excellence at Fortune 200 & 500 and privately held gaming, entertainment, and hospitality brands, Pete brings the expertise and passion that has established him as an industry thought leader. Over the years, he has managed, developed, opened, and advised luxury resorts and destinations across the US, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Pete is well-known for his ability to elevate properties and create memorable experiences-skills crucial in growing the Kessler Collection.

Pete is currently in Farragut, TN, a suburb of Knoxville, with his wife, Heather, and his three children, Hennessy, Miles, and Wilhelmina.
