The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett welcomes Ashley Castillo as Director of Food and Beverage

The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett, a four-star full-service hotel set to open in March 2024, has named Ashley Castillo its director of food and beverage. In her newAshley Castillo role, Castillo will manage all dining, catering and room service operations at The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett, including the hotel’s signature rooftop bar and ground-level restaurant.

With over 15 years of progressive food and beverage experience, Castillo is a seasoned professional at leading teams, creating new food and beverage concepts, and ensuring exceptional hospitality, service and dining experiences for guests. She most recently served as the director of operations for Volet Hospitality in St. Petersburg, Florida, after working for various restaurant and hotel properties across the U.S.

The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett, located in the Gas South District, is owned by Concord Hospitality, an award-winning hotel management and development company that consistently ranks as one of the top hoteliers in North America. The 11-story, 346-room hotel will feature 14 event rooms spanning over 27,000 square feet.
