The Hayes Mansion San Jose, Curio Collection by Hilton is thrilled to welcome Erin Beadle as its new General Manager. Beadle, who brings 17 years of hotel management, operations and sales experience to the role, is tasked with creating and executing strategies that further differentiate the historic property and cementing its world-class guest experience.
Beadle joins a roster of exceptional property managers employed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the third-party operator of the Hayes Mansion San Jose. As general manager, Beadle will oversee all aspects of Hayes Mansion San Jose, including day-to-day operations and leading a property team of 100 associates with a goal of creating unforgettable guest experiences every day, every interaction.
Prior to her new role, Beadle was General Manager at The Domain Hotel in Sunnyvale, California, where she oversaw 137 full-service rooms and navigated COVID-19 regulations and restrictions. Additionally in her career, she has served as General Manager at Laguna Brisas Hotel, General Manager Lakehouse Hotel and Resort, and Senior Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach.
Beadle’s passion for the hospitality industry was ignited at a young age. During her college internship at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, she cultivated a deep-rooted appreciation and skill set for the world of hospitality, which ultimately paved the way to her current position. Since then, Erin has consistently pushed her boundaries, evolving into a formidable leader, thanks to the invaluable guidance of numerous mentors and a rich tapestry of experiences.
