Centro Mada Amman by Rotana has appointed Rasha Rusrus as human resources manager. With over 20 years in the
hospitality industry in several international brands, Rusrus brings in a wealth of experience to her current role at Centro Mada Amman by Rotana.
Previously with Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, Rusrus is known to regulate the work environment, prepare solid action plans, to compete for fair salaries against the market and ensure quality control. In her new capacity, she will oversee and continue to improve the HR policies and procedures and implement a practical approach to achieve optimal results in the workplace reflecting the Rotana brand.
A native of Jordan, Rusrus is well-trained with a background in interviewing, group training, reporting & investigating, health policies, local labour laws, and managing performance. She has gained extensive experience and knowledge in the human resource realm, allowing her to lead and guide the team effectively.
