M Social Hotel Times Square appoints Yev Romanoff as New Director of Food and Beverage

M Social Hotel Times Square New York, the 480-room hotel located in the heart of Manhattan, today announced theYev Romanoff appointment of its new Director of Food & Beverage, Yev RomanoffIn this new role, Romanoff will direct and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage planning and service, with duties including menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and planning, coordinating and overseeing special events 

Romanoff brings over 20 years of experience to the hospitality industry. He began his career in Miami, 

working as the Director of Food & Beverage Operations for Carnival Corporation in the luxury division for 10 years. During this time, he eventually became the youngest Hotel Director in the company.  

Romanoff’s career brought him to New York City in 2010, where over the next 13 years he worked for notable restaurants and hotels such as Hendrick’s Tavern, The William Vale, and Scotto Brothers Restaurant Group. While holding these positions, Romanoff was required to lead all sites and over ten restaurants at once, along with new ownership and location transitions at select establishments.  

In each of these roles, Romanoff was able to hone his skills in customer satisfaction, hospitality management, and operational efficiency; these diversified experiences have allowed him to gain perspective and shape his vision to create his own management and leadership styleWith this experience, Romanoff plans to create a system of leadership and adapt it to each of his team members in his new role as Director of Food & Beverage at M Social Hotel

Most notably, Romanoff will oversee all operations at Beast & Butterfliesthe hotel’s vibrant bar and lounge perched above Times Square, boasting unobstructed views of the city. Nestled in an intimate yet approachable setting, guests of Beast & Butterflies can indulge in light bites and a highly curated cocktail menu overseen by Romanoff whilst eying New York City’s sparkle on a 7,500-square-foot wrap around terrace adjacent to an indoor glass perch.
