A former executive from leading developers such as Emaar Properties, Damac Properties and Azizi Developments, Najmeh brings 12 years of real estate knowledge and expertise. She will play a key role in consolidating operations and growth of Samana Developers, which is set for 400% for this year.
Najmeh has a successful track record of leading and mentoring teams, implementing effective strategies and driving growth. She has an astute ability to monitor the performance of a new real estate project – from concept and development to investor relations. She is highly experienced in project management, contract management and the construction cycle.
Besides being well-versed in financial planning, Najmeh has an in-depth understanding of Dubai real estate’s legal and regulatory aspects.
At Samana Developers, the new General Manager will oversee the company’s overall operations and engage with the development team to help conceptualize, innovate and create new luxury projects.
One of her responsibilities involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for the domestic and international markets.
Customer satisfaction is a key factor at Samana Developers in investor relations. Najmeh will mentor the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction. She will help strengthen relations with all stakeholders, especially domestic and international investors and brokers.
