The Conrad Centennial Singapore is pleased to announce that Ms. Chew Su Zie has joined the hotel as the new Director of Operations.
Born in Malaysia, Su Zie brings a wealth of experience and expertise. In total she has amassed over 22 years of operational experience, having previously worked in five-star establishments in Malaysia, Singapore, and China including one of the island’s most renowned grand dame hotels.
Commenting on her appointment, Su Zie said “I am pleased to be joining Conrad Centennial Singapore at an exciting time for the business. I look forward to continuing to drive excellence while ensuring the best experience for all our guests”.

As a member of the hotel’s senior leadership team, Su Zie will oversee all operations at the hotel, including accommodation, food, and beverage as well as the Conrad Spa and Fitness.
