Ted Turner Reserves has promoted Theresa King to General Manager of Vermejo Hospitality.
King was formerly the General Manager of Sierra Grande, where she was responsible for all operations and reservations for the retreat. In her new role, King will manage guest services at Vermejo and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, facilitating property growth, creating opportunities for advancement and growth of property employees, and ensuring the mission of Ted Turner is top-of-mind always.

King joins Vermejo after four years in southern New Mexico managing Sierra Grande. Before joining the Ted Turner Reserve team, King spent five years in Utah at Amangiri serving as the Director of Front Office operations where her responsibilities included reservations, group bookings, and front desk management. Prior to her time at Amangiri, King served as Co-General Manager at Brooks Lake Lodge in Wyoming and held several general manager positions of properties in Michigan and Nevada. King began her career at Wyoming’s Amangani where she started in the reservations department and worked her way up to Resident Manager.
