Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is delighted to announce the appointment of Vivian Choa as Director of Sales & Marketing.
With over 20 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, Vivian brings an unparalleled, combination of sales & marketing expertise with a natural ability to recruit, motivate and nurture a dynamic team.
Vivian most recently headed up the Sales & Marketing team at Invito Hotel & Residence, overseeing the repositioning and rebranding of the hotel. Other hotel groups Vivian has worked for during her career include Marriott International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Her experience also includes roles held in Canada, Middle East, and Indonesia.
In her new role, Vivian is responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing, communications, and events management activities for the hotel, reporting to the General Manager. Throughout her career, Vivian has received several awards for sales.
Commenting on her new assignment with Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, Vivian said, “I am truly honoured and humbled to be joining Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, and excited to work on rebuilding the business post‐COVID for the property.”
A triathlete and keen swimmer, Vivian trains with a swim squad and rides regularly to maintain a healthy work‐life balance.
