Lamington Group, the creators of room2, the world’s first hometel brand, and Lamington Serviced Apartments have taken a further step to strengthen their nationwide expansion with the exciting new appointment of Chris Minhinnett as the Managing Director.
Having spent ten years with esa serviced apartments, where he was responsible for a portfolio of over 350 apartments, Chris brings his extensive knowledge, expertise, and leadership to the Lamington team.
The move will help to further strengthen the operating business and also enable current Managing Director, Robert Godwin to focus extensively on the national rollout and development of the room2 brand.
