Corporate Travel Management Limited is broadening its senior management expertise to support its continued development, in line with the growth strategy previously outlined to the market.
Current CTM Global Chief Financial Officer, Steve Fleming, is to focus directly on the Company’s growing operations in Europe. Mr Fleming has been deeply involved in transitioning the acquisition of UK company, Redfern Travel, into the CTM Group. Mr Fleming will continue his focus on the Company’s European operations in his role as CFO Europe, located in London.
Consequently, CTM is well underway to recruit a new Global CFO, who will be based in Australia, to work alongside the CTM Board and global management team. This extension to CTM’s senior management structure reflects CTM’s growing global operations, with the majority of profits now generated outside Australia. CTM will update the market when an appointment is made.
Mr Fleming will continue in his current Global CFO role until that time and will support the transition process for the successful candidate.
