W Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the appointment of Hector Rodriguez Ladeveze, as General Manager of the W Costa Rica – Reserva Conchal effective April 1st, 2018.
Hector will report to Hernan Binaghi, General Manager of The Westin Golf Resort and Spa, Playa Conchal.
Hector has 20 years of hotel & resort leadership experience. He started his career at the Essex House, New York in Events and Operations. He relocated to Europe and grew into various leadership positions in Paris, Spain, Greece most recently served as Hotel Manager of the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers in the UAE.
Hector is no stranger to excitement and vitality. As Hotel Manager of the Sheraton Dubai Creek and Towers, he received the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice in 2014/2015, Taste of Dubai Public Choice Award 2015 and the Food and Beverage Travel ME Award 2016. He is passionate about service, creating an exciting and energetic experience for guests, with a strong track record in reinventing B&F experiences to attract a new crowd.
Hector will be moving to Playa Conchal with his wife Marta, daughter Elena and his newborn son Alejandro. He loves spending time with friends and family. He has a passion for theatre, art and off-road adventures.
