Premier hotel management group Midas Hospitality has promoted Randy Rushakoff to Area General Manager for Charlotte, N.C.
In this position, Rushakoff will oversee five Marriott select service properties and ensure each one is in accordance with the parent company’s vision. He will be responsible for providing a hands-on leadership approach with respect to top-line revenue, guest service, profitability, and associate satisfaction. Rushakoff will be involved with each hotel’s operations, which includes ensuring brand compliance and setting department goals to achieve first-rate service.
Prior to this promotion, Rushakoff was the Dual General Manager for Midas Hospitality’s Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn and Suites Charlotte Airport in N.C. He is a 29-year hospitality veteran who served as president of the Charlotte Area Hotel Association. Rushakoff is currently a member of the board of advisors for the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at Olympic High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
