Live! Casino & Hotel has announced the appointment of Tony Kostali as Director of Beverage.
Mr Kostali brings nearly 30 years of hospitality experience to Live! Casino & Hotel. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing operating expenses, and enhancing the property’s comprehensive Beverage service program.
Prior to joining Live! Casino & Hotel, Mr Kostali served as Director of Operations for Boulevard Restaurants in Orlando, FL. He previously worked as Corporate Beverage Director for Benchmark Hospitality Group and Director of Operations for Event Links, where he managed corporate catering for Fortune 500 companies attending the Masters Golf Tournament. He also worked at Grand Cypress Resort, named the number one golf resort in Florida by Conde Nast. Mr Kostali specialises in five-star service, high volume operations, fine dining and many other essential faces of in the industry.
Mr Kostali received his bachelors from University Hassan II Casablanca and was selected to join an elite group of individuals to train in all areas of service for Walt Disney World restaurants.
