A Croatian national, Zlatko Gersak has an extensive culinary background with more than 23 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
His last assignment was an Executive Sous-Chef in Al Ain Rotana where he was in charge of 55 culinary personnel and overlooking seven food & beverage outlets.
Over the years he has taken various positions with luxury cruise liner as well as 5-star brands such as Hilton, Le Meridien, Kempinski and recently Rotana properties.
Commenting on this news, General Manager George Ganchev added: “I am glad to welcome Zlatko as a new team leader for the culinary department. His expertise and creativity will make him a great asset for Ajman Hotel, contributing to successful upcoming culinary concepts for our 10 food & beverage outlets.
