Experienced hospitality sales professional, Patrick Cuffe has been appointed Associate Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, Surf City’s premier oceanfront resort.
In his new role, Cuffe is tasked with leading group sales efforts for the 517-room resort, which recently completed a series of renovation and enhancement projects that span guest accommodations and key public spaces. With nearly a decade of experience at the leading West Coast hotels and resorts within the Hyatt Hotels brand portfolio, Cuffe brings a well of uniquely relevant experience and knowledge of the regional landscape to the position.

Holding deep roots within the Hyatt brand family of hotels and resorts, most recently Cuffe served as Associate Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, California. While there he exceeded team sales revenue targets and successfully oversaw all corporate and leisure travel for the resort. Previous to that, Cuffe held the position of Sales Manager at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, where he successfully managed a widespread territory with service areas ranging from the East Coast domestically to Australia, New Zealand and Mexico, internationally. His career in hospitality began in 2011 in the sales department at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California, where his passion for the industry was first sparked.
A California native, Cuffe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from California State University, San Diego.
