In his role as Executive Chef, Matthew is responsible for overseeing culinary operations.
Chef Matthew brings over 15 years of diverse culinary experience to Park Hyatt New York. He began his career at notable restaurants such as L’atelier de Joel Robuchon at Four Seasons Hotel and Adour Alain Ducasse at The St. Regis Hotel.
Chef Matthew joined Hyatt hotels in 2010 at the newly opened Andaz Wall Street and has since worked across many Hyatt brands.

Chef Matthew graduated from Tulane University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. He also holds Grand Diplome of the Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute of New York.
Chef Matthew was born and raised in Brooklyn and currently resides in Astoria with his wife and young daughter.
