As Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, Loh will oversee all matters for sales and marketing for JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, St Regis Singapore, and W Singapore Sentosa Cove. He will report to Managing Director Stephane Fabregoul, for JW Marriott Singapore South Beach and St Regis Singapore, as well as to Mr Krister Svensson, General Manager for W Singapore Sentosa Cove. In this strategic role, Loh will also work closely with Mr Peter Foreman, Marriott International Senior Director of Sales & Distribution Ð Luxury Brands, APEC.
Loh joins Marriott International with a wealth of experience in the hospitality sales. Loh’s illustrious career began with the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, growing their market share in rooms and MICE segments, before he left to join the Ritz-Carlton Singapore, where he would take on varied portfolios over the years, driving effective strategies in room sales, revenue, catering sales, conference services, reservations, public relations and marketing communications at various properties within the brand. Prior to joining Marriott International, Loh was Commercial Director of Resorts at the InterContinental Hotels Group, where he was responsible for setting strategic direction and delivering performance across all sales and marketing functions for the group’s resorts in the Australasian region.
In his free time, Loh enjoys spending time with his family and is a firm advocate of leading an active lifestyle to stay healthy. He is an avid runner and makes time for regular runs as a way to de-stress and balance his hectic schedule. He also enjoys photography and sketching, which help him cultivate focus and patience.
