Gagan Talwar appointed Hotel Manager at Hilton Kuala Lumpur

 width=Hilton Kuala Lumpur, one of Malaysia’s most awarded 5-star hotels has appointed Gagan Talwar as Hotel Manager in its continuing strategy to remain as the leading business lifestyle hotel in Malaysia. He replaces Linda Pecoraro who has been recently promoted to general manager of Hilton Kota Kinabalu and will support Jamie Mead, regional general manager to oversee the operations and lead the management at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Jamie commented on Gagan’s recent appointment, ÒKuala Lumpur is continuing to grow in appeal internationally the city was voted in the top 10 of global destinations. With that being said the demand for superior accommodation grows and so does the list of new entrants into the market both for international brands and local independents. Gagan who is originally from India holds a Bachelors in Management/ Minor in Economics from the Emmanuel College, Boston, USA, and Masters in International Business & Management from the Westminster Business School, University of Westminster London, UK.

Gagan has lived and worked in more than 10 countries, including India, Indonesia, Germany, Ethiopia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam. He returns to Malaysia after six years from leading the Operations and Business Development Team in Hilton Hanoi Opera & Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi.
