In her new position, Babilino will have overall responsibility for the Hard Rock Hotel sales division, as it supports the expanding global portfolio of Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos.
Babilino will report toÊJon Lucas, Hard Rock International COO.Ê She will manage all hotel sales and marketing incentives, sales training, customer events, sales program implementation and the recruitment and retention of sales professionals.

Babilino has nearly two decades of experience in executive sales and business development leadership. She most recently was executive vice president of sales and marketing for Alon Las Vegas, the proposed luxury hotel and casino planned for the Las Vegas Strip.
From 2008 through 2015, Babilino was senior vice president of sales for Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, the casino, resort, entertainment and retail complexes developed by gaming magnateÊSteve Wynn.Ê During her tenure with Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, she oversaw a sales operation that resulted in increased sales revenue over a five-year period, while significantly reducing costs as a percentage of sales.
Babilino was also vice president of sales and marketing at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and its sister development in Las Vegas.Ê From 1998 through 2005, she was vice president of sales for Mandalay Bay,ÊLas Vegas, where she focused on national sales and the establishment of an upscale brand for the casino and resort complex on theÊLas VegasÊstrip.
Babilino holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from theÊUniversity of Nevada, Las Vegas.Ê She will be based inÊHollywood, Fla., at the corporate offices of Hard Rock International.
