Mr. Dhingra’s 11-year experience in the hotel industry is rooted in the Front Office department where he started as a Front Office Assistant until becoming a Front Office Manager of 4-star hotels in Cairns, Brisbane and Sydney.
His most recent assignment was at the 4.5-star NEXT Hotel in Brisbane as an Executive Assistant Manager, overseeing departments including Front Office, F&B and Housekeeping and contributed in various pre-opening projects like the development of self check-in kiosks, the NEXt app, in-room technologies, in-transit zones, F&B concepts and housekeeping operations.
As the newly appointed General Manager of the 134-room Swiss-Belhotel Brisbane, Mr. Dhingra will work closely with Mr. Murray Boyte, Business Director, and Mr. Grant Gaskin, Area General Manager Ð New Zealand and Australia to ensure financial success of the property.
