
Jackalope Hotel has released its festive season program for 2025/26, tailored to support corporate and group celebrations with bespoke dining and event packages. Running from 25 October 2025 to 25 January 2026, the offering provides a range of options for end-of-year functions, private dining and incentive stays on the Mornington Peninsula.
Jackalope’s private dining rooms, Jackyak and Jenka, cater for up to 60 guests with views over the LL Vineyard and lake. A four-course festive menu is priced at $150 per person, with beverage packages available from $110 per person for a four-hour service.
For more intimate gatherings, Private Dining by Doot Doot Doot is available for up to 20 guests at $210 per person. The experience includes oysters and caviar on arrival, followed by a seasonal five-course menu with highlights such as Southern rock lobster, served with signature theatrical presentation. Guests also have access to the curated Doot Doot Doot wine list.
Events can be customised with a series of upgrades designed to elevate the guest experience. Enhancements include a live oyster bar ($150 set-up plus $8 per oyster), roaming caviar bumps ($500 for 100g Siberian Caviar or $750 for 250g Oscietra Caviar), champagne towers ($900 for Chandon or $2,160 for Moët) and cocktail hour on arrival ($35 per person, choice of one cocktail, as an add-on to beverage packages).
Group accommodation rates are available across Jackalope’s 44 rooms and suites, inclusive of à la carte breakfast, in-room mini bar, Wi-Fi, Chromecast TVs, and additional amenities. Bookings made before 1 October 2025 qualify for reduced minimum spends: $4,000 Monday to Thursday, $8,000 Friday to Sunday, while Private Dining by Doot Doot Doot carries a $3,000 minimum spend plus applicable service charges.
