Hotel de la Ville, a charming historic residence on the outskirts of Milan and overlooking the Villa Reale and Monza Park, will carry out major renovations in 2024 that will consolidate the Nardi family’s long tradition in luxury hospitality. The project includes the conversion of 16 single-occupancy rooms – a legacy of the building’s 19th-century origins – into eight new luxury double rooms with refined and exclusive furnishings and the latest technological facilities. Important sustainability innovations will also involve both spaces that house the hotel’s kitchen, in favor of a state-of-the-art system with high-tech equipment, and Derby Grill gourmet restaurant, which for more than 60 years has been recognised by industry guides as one of the most qualified in Italy.
