Hoteliers are to be challenged to embrace emerging technologies at the Hotel Leadership Conference 2024, which takes place at Park Plaza Riverbank London on 15-16 January.
The leadership conference presented by the Master Innholders, themed ‘Breaking Boundaries’, will provide access to some of the latest insight, ideas and tools to empower hoteliers with actionable takeaways to implement within their own hotels.
The event that brings together leaders from across the hospitality industry, will look to challenge hoteliers to look towards the future and prepare for changes in technology, with speakers throughout the two days including Jeremy White, UK Editor, WIRED, Ella Sy, Strategy Director, GDRUK, Naga Munchetty, Television Presenter, BBC, Simon Bullingham, CEO and Founder, Journey Hospitality, Keely Crocket, Computational Intelligence Professor, Manchester Metropolitan University, Joe Nellis, Global Economy Professor, Cranfield University, and Kate Nicholls OBE MI, CEO, UKHospitality, alongside a special keynote to conclude the conference delivered by Keith Coats, Co-founder, TomorrowToday.
Throughout the conference hoteliers will be challenged in their thinking, as to how to adapt to the fast-paced world of new technologies, available today, tomorrow and beyond. The technology enhancements being discussed could range from a productivity enhancement level, right down to the analysis of guest and delegate behaviour.
