With the goal to form a bridge between employer’s expectations and employees’ wants and needs, Young Hoteliers Summit curates the Employer’s Rankings report. The rankings report is generated using data collected from surveys taken by industry leaders and young hoteliers.
The survey will be open until mid-February 2021 and everyone who takes the survey will gain immediate access to the report, right before the launch of the March 2021 summit.
This year, we hope to include aspects of the Covid-19 pandemic to see how companies responded to it, and whether they had an employee-driven or customer-driven strategy. We will provide an analysis of the virtualization and remote learning trends resulting from the shift in the Covid-19 workspace. Additionally, through your response, we will be able to communicate to employers what the industry’s future leaders think of their actions, and what they are looking for. Your opinions are essential to pave way for the current and upcoming generation of hoteliers entering a post-Covid-19 hospitality industry.
To further incentivize participation, 10 lucky respondents will receive a Swiss air voucher or a bottle of Laurent Perrier Champagne. Moreover, the respondent with the highest referrals will win a one-night stay for two at any Dorchester Collection hotel in London or Paris (more details in the survey). Young Hoteliers Summit, established in 2010, is the largest student-run hospitality summit in the world. YHS welcomes approximately 30 speakers, around 100 student delegates from over 40 of the world’s leading hospitality institutions, as well as members of the media, and other external guests at the yearly summit. Building on a different theme each year, YHS serves as a platform for insightful and engaging debates and discussions on the industry’s hottest topics.
