Picturesque harbourside hotel, Ovolo Woolloomooloo, has been unveiled as the venue for this year’s Gault&Millau Mise en Place Sydney.
Gault&Millau Mise en Place’s focus is on education. Accordingly, the event will feature a range of presentations from premium exhibitors, masterclasses and cooking demonstrations, allowing professionals to share their knowledge and expertise.
This year’s program features Belcolade Chocolate, Judy McMahon, Joel Houghton and Erez Gordon, amongst others.
The event will also see the announcement of the 2019 Gault&Millau award finalists.
