Reports from Europe suggest that the sale of AccorHotels’ real-estate arm, HotelInvest, is poised to be sold. Last summer,ÊEuropeÕs biggest hotel operator announced plans to spin off the unit and eventually sell a majority stake.ÊThe move was expected to free up funds for the parent company to expand and improve existing properties.
