Caribbean Hospitality Forum to offer unique solutions to industry challenges

Caribbean hoteliers and industry stakeholders will gather in Miami for the third installment of the Caribbean Hospitality Industry Exchange Forum (CHIEF), slated to take place from June 2-4 at the Hyatt Regency Miami. Produced by the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA), CHIEF is a high-level forum, which features a number of educational sessions, where the region’s hospitality industry assembles to network, learn, share ideas and collectively brainstorm creative solutions to current challenges.

WTTC 2018 Summit to be held in Buenos Aires

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) is pleased to announce that next yearÕs WTTC Global Summit will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 18-19 April, 2018. Roberto Palais, Executive Manager, Ministry of Tourism of Argentina, announced the location of the 2018 Global Summit at the closing ceremony of the 17th WTTC Global Summit in Bangkok, Thailand. The 2018 WTTC Global Summit will be jointly hosted by the Ministry of Tourism of Argentina, The Argentine Chamber of Tourism and the Buenos Aires City Tourist Board.

Top thailand government officials say yes to tourism at WTTC summit

General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of Thailand, has presided over the opening of the 2017 World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit and delivered opening remarks to more than 800 delegates attending the event on April 26-27. H.E. General Tanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, presided over the welcome gala dinner specially designed to showcase delegates some of the Unique Local Thai Experiences.

Phocuswright, the travel industry research authority, begins the fourth annual Phocuswright Europe this May.ÊThe two-day conference will be held May 16-18, and kicks off with an opening-night reception on May 16.
