About Anthimos Georgiou:

Anthimos Georgiou is the Academic Dean and Senior Lecturer in Hospitality at the International Management Institute (IMI) in Switzerland. He holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Asset Management from New York University (NYU) and has more than 20 years of experience in higher education and the hospitality industry.

His industry experience includes running his own restaurant in New York City and a wine bar in Thessaloniki, Greece. Academically, he has been teaching  a wide range of university modules, including Leadership and Innovation, Principles of Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Concepts, New Product Development and International Gastronomy.  His expertise combines academic leadership, hospitality education, entrepreneurship, and extensive industry experience.
