FE Hotels continues to reshape and elevate its homegrown Adina brand, with the launch of Shoreline Kitchen at the flagship Adina Sydney Darling Harbour and the arrival of Bar Benevento at Adina Sydney Town Hall, signalling a renewed focus on locally connected guest experiences.
The two restaurant openings form part of TFE Hotels’ more than $100 million investment in repositioning the Adina Hotels brand, enhancing accommodation, public spaces and food and beverage experiences across the portfolio.
