Accor, Australia’s largest hospitality group, is proud to support the 2026 Australian Native Food Festival as the festival’s Official Accommodation Partner, helping welcome chefs, industry leaders, producers and visitors to Sydney from 25-27 September.
Held at Carriageworks, the festival brings together Aboriginal-owned businesses, chefs, growers and producers from across Australia in a celebration of native foods, botanicals, culture and culinary innovation.
As Official Accommodation Partner, Accor will support the event by hosting festival guests across its Sydney hotel network. Accor will also contribute to the festival’s Industry Trade Day, with Accor’s Culinary Director, Rosy Scatigna and Vice President Food & Beverage Asia Pacific, Ben Creek, participating in industry panel discussions. In addition, a number of emerging chefs from local Accor hotels will support festival activities throughout the event, providing valuable exposure and learning opportunities alongside leading industry talent.

The Australian Native Food Festival, delivered and produced by Indigiearth, is the only national showcase dedicated exclusively to Aboriginal-owned and operated food businesses and producers. Over three days, attendees will experience culinary demonstrations, industry discussions, weaving workshops, market stalls and networking opportunities centred around Australia’s native food sector.
