Action Hotels has announced the promotion of Samira Khrichfa to Cluster General Manager, placing both Novotel Bur Dubai and ibis Styles Sharjah under her unified leadership.
In her expanded cluster remit, Khrichfa will lead strategic operations, commercial development, talent empowerment, and guest experience across both properties, optimizing shared cluster capabilities across Dubai and Sharjah.
Bringing over two decades of UAE hospitality leadership across brands like Starwood, Shangri-La, and Dusit International, alongside four hotel openings in the country, Khrichfa most recently served as General Manager of Novotel Bur Dubai.
