FCS Solutions, a global provider of hospitality operations technology, has expanded its presence in East Africa with the opening of a new office in Uganda, alongside a growing commercial footprint across Kenya and Rwanda.
According to a report by W Hospitality Group, a record 123,846 rooms across 675 hotels and resorts are currently in development in Africa, representing year-on-year growth of 18.6%. This rapid expansion is increasing pressure on hotels to improve operational efficiency and service consistency. Through this regional expansion, FCS Solutions is bringing its FCS1 platform closer to local operators, enabling hotels to streamline workflows, increase staff productivity, and deliver more consistent guest experiences.
This move strengthens the company’s footprint in East Africa with the aim to support local hotel operations across housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance. Already trusted by over 2,800 properties across 71 countries, FCS1 helps hotels reduce operational bottlenecks, automate workflows and improve communication efficiency. The new regional team brings strong on-the-ground expertise and a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape, enabling closer collaboration with hotel operators and solution partners.
FCS Solutions will also be participating in the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo (POATE) 2026, where the company will engage with hospitality stakeholders and demonstrate how FCS1 works in a live environment. The participation reflects FCS Solutions’ commitment to supporting the digital transformation of Africa’s hospitality industry.
