
Officials of Donohoe Hospitality Services (DHS), a division of Donohoe, today announced that the company has promoted Malcolm Mitchell to vice president of restaurants & bars and as the company strengthens its executive team.
With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Mitchell is an award-winning chef and author who most recently served as Donohoe’s corporate director of restaurants and bars. In that role, he curated forward-leaning concepts for hotels in the development pipeline, while strengthening relationships and partnerships within the local community.
Prior to joining Donohoe, he was executive chef/owner of The M Chef Group – New York and has served as an adjunct professor for Prince Georges Community College. Mitchell has received multiple culinary awards, including Richmond Magazine Best New Restaurants 2014 & Baltimore Sun 2017 Best New Chef.
He received his Advanced Culinary Arts Degree from Stratford University.
