The Peninsula London unveils a dedicated dog grooming residency in partnership with Chelsea-based premium brand Love My Human (LMH), becoming the first hotel in London to offer an in-house grooming experience for dogs. Launching on 10 February, the dog grooming residency reflects the hotel’s long-standing commitment to being dog-friendly, offering both hotel guests and local residents the opportunity to have their dogs professionally groomed – without compromising on style or comfort.

Located in the hotel’s elegant ground-floor retail arcade, adjacent to the floral atelier, the dedicated dog grooming residency provides bespoke grooming services tailored to each dog’s needs from full grooms, washing, and nail clipping, to brush outs, teeth cleaning and even puppy facials.
The partnership builds on The Peninsula London’s dog-friendly ethos, with dogs welcomed throughout the hotel, including Brooklands Bar, Canton Blue, and Little Blue Noodle Bar. The grooming residency has been thoughtfully designed, with interiors painted using colours generously provided by Little Greene, the British paint company renowned for its heritage palette and sustainable craftsmanship.
Expert Care for Every Dog
The partnership will mark Love My Human’s (LMH) second grooming location in London. LMH is a London-based premium dog grooming and lifestyle brand, known for high-quality grooming services delivered by experienced senior groomers. As dogs are groomed to perfection, owners can enjoy a moment of indulgence. Guests may visit The Peninsula London Boutique & Café for refreshments or unwind at the Spa & Wellness Centre, with express services available at the Errol Douglas Salon. Treatment options include a Cut and Blow Dry, Gentleman’s Beard Trim, or Signature Manicure.

À la carte options include nail clipping (£16) and brush outs (from £50). Additional treatments include ultrasonic teeth cleaning (£48–£58), blueberry facials (£35), and nose and paw balm (£35). Additional charges may apply for matting or where a second groomer is required.
The pop-up will run from 10 February to 10 May, operating from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Saturday, bringing LMH’s grooming expertise into the heart of The Peninsula London.
