
ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection has appointed Ginger Gibson as Director of Sales as the 177-room resort prepares for its next phase of strategic growth with a comprehensive, property-wide transformation set to debut in late 2026.
Gibson’s arrival comes as ADERO Scottsdale Resort unveils plans for a reimagination of the resort’s 32 casita-style rooms with five-piece luxury bathrooms, a 6,000-square-foot conference center expansion and new event lawn, a new signature restaurant concept, a redesigned pool deck with a new pool bar, a refreshed lobby and reception, and the evolution of The Spa at ADERO into a wellness oasis featuring a Hammam, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and juice elixir bar.
In her new role, Gibson is responsible for expanding ADERO Scottsdale Resort’s reach across group, transient, and catering segments, solidifying the resort’s position as a premier desert destination for corporate gatherings, incentive programs, and social events. Her appointment reinforces the resort’s focus on high-impact group business, wellness innovation, and elevated guest experiences that deepen its connection to the Sonoran Desert.

With more than two decades of experience across luxury, lifestyle and full-service hospitality, Gibson has built a reputation for driving revenue growth in highly competitive markets. Her career spans senior leadership roles at several celebrated New York City hotels, including the former Redbury New York under sbe’s management, Dream Hotel Group, and the Gramercy Park Hotel, developed and managed by the Ian Schrager Company.
Most recently, Gibson served as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Sheraton Edison in Edison, New Jersey, where she led sales and marketing efforts for the 265-room property with 20,000 square feet of event space. Prior to that, she held the role of Area Director of Sales & Marketing for The Asbury Collection, overseeing three properties and consistently exceeding revenue and room night goals.
